Counselling for Adults

Specialist Counselling for Adults:

We offer a specialist one-to-one counselling service for people affected by rape, childhood sexual abuse and all forms of sexual violence. All of our volunteer counsellors are either qualified or in their final year of training to become a qualified counsellor. They have undergone extensive training to work specifically with issues around rape and sexual violence.

They do not advise but will help and support people to make their own choices and explore what is best for them.

We offer short, medium and long-term counselling.

The sessions are confidential and take place weekly in a safe and private setting.

Support Groups

We also provide support groups which give survivors an opportunity to listen to, and support, each other in a safe and confidential environment.
